Ch-tc * digital harmonic demagnetizer is a new type of intelligent demagnetization equipment with single chip microcomputer as the core. The demagnetizer tube is made of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion nylon material, which ensures the service life and mechanical properties of the demagnetizer tube. The demagnetizer uses the LC damping oscillation principle and selects the capacitance and inductance attenuation oscillation circuit. After the equipment is started, a strong pulse oscillating magnetic field is generated in the demagnetization coil. When the pulp after magnetic separation passes through the demagnetizer coil, the magnetic material is subjected to the demagnetization effect of high-frequency exchange in the coil, and finally the residual magnetism disappears.

After the material is magnetized, to remove its remanence, the magnetic field strength of the demagnetizer shall be 5 ~ 7 times of its coercivity. For roasted ore and some ores with high coercivity, a higher demagnetization effect is required to effectively remove its remanence completely. By improving the excitation curve, improve the demagnetization field strength and complete the demagnetization of magnetic minerals with high coercivity.
